Here's a great story of taking a classic American
car and recreating it to match the vision of its
owner. Our client wanted a one-of-a-kind street
rod from a 55 Belair that was both classic and
high-performance. We rebuilt every component
of the car from its 454 cu. in. small block to
customized suspension, brakes and interior.

Custom Specifications
  • New 454 cubic inch small block, 600 hp
  • Tremic 5-speed transmission, including titanium bell housing, steel Billet flywheel, Hurst shifter
  • Hydraulic clutch system
  • March serpentine belt drive system
  • Hooker headers, with Borla mufflers, fully tig welded,  all stainless custom-made hangers
  • Custom fuel system with braided stainless steel lines, new fuel tank with custom vent and fuel
  • Willwood GM hydro boost upgrade
  • Jim Meyer front suspension kit with sway bar, Baer brake and adjustable shocks
  • Fabricate custom steering
  • Meyer rear 4 link suspension with sway bar, narrowed 9 inch axles and 3rd member with 3.73
    gear ratio, custom-made cross member support
  • Custom rear inside fender modifications to create stock appearance in trunk
  • Relocate battery in trunk
  • Vintage air conditioning system with controls at stock location
  • Custom cooling system
  • Wiper system upgrade with Raingear unit
  • Custom speedometer, tachometer, shift light, and Autometer gauges system
  • Custom installation of Cadillac power seats, floor pan alterations, seat modifications
  • Remove body from frame and replace body mounts, reinstall and adjust all body lines
  • Install custom mini-tub rear fender wells to accommodate narrowed rear and 11"x17" rims
